In 2012, Bronte Belo became one of the most popular Brazilian restaurants in Sydney. Using his extensive food industry experience, Rob took traditional Brazilian cuisine and adapted them to use local Australian ingredients in order to create his delicious dishes. The popular Bronte restaurant has now expanded to new locations at Coogee and Diamond Beach.
